Beyond Words helps individuals and teams discover their spark and step into bold, connected leadership. Guided by founder and CEO Hadas Tepman’s “Flashlighter” philosophy, we create safe, high-energy environments where people clear the clutter, practice courageous communication, and align their work with their authentic selves.
Our programs combine improvisation, experiential learning, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to disrupt old patterns and ignite new possibilities. Using a structured five-step approach — Connect → Belong → Feel Safe → Reflect → Integrate — we move people from black-and-white routines into full-color expression, where they feel seen, connected, and ready to lead.

CEO & Founder of Beyond Words, Inc.
For more than 15 years, Hadas has coached, trained, and mentored leaders, teams, and individuals to unlock their hidden potential. Known as a Flashlighter, she shines a beam on what’s working and helps people find their own light.
Her programs celebrate diversity in thought, language, and culture, offering an inviting environment where participants connect, rehearse brave conversations, and uncover their full potential together.
Since 2005, Hadas has partnered with organizations, businesses, and educators worldwide. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a certified NLP Master Success Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
